As Insurance Loss Adjusters
It is a uniform team lead by our experienced SECP qualified surveyors with collaboration of our skilled engineers & commerce graduates. We split the task into the team & aim to grip on assigned job. Valuation & Risk Inspection
Having a team of qualified engineers & professional surveyors, we provide asset valuation & risk inspection services. Our working strategy for survey & evaluation includes the following.
- In survey of asset we determine replacement, current fair market values & forced sale values. The valuation is based on the professional assessment, market survey, present & future market prospects, current replacement values, present depreciated values including auction price & scrapped values.

The estimation of FSV under depressed market condition is worked out considering various factors which include the physical condition of the asset, product & technological obsolescence, market feedback, product utility, market demand, industrial growth & sales potential, current replacement cost, buyers purchasing power, political influence of the borrowers, switching cost, future earning & play backs, government duties, & regulations / economic policies etc.
- For risk inspection we strongly emphasize on various aspects i.e. establishment of the premises, details of civil works with capacity of U.G. Tanks & others, features of installed machinery & electrical installations, details of hazardous goods, their storage procedures, list of merchandises, chemicals & other stocks, procedures of stacking in Godown, fire fighting equipments i.e. fire hydrants, pipelines, extinguishers, availability of water & sand buckets, emergency exits, firefighting training to staff, emergency help lines, etc. We educate the clients accordingly if we feel lack of above features.
